Overview Country Manager, Italy — Milano, Italy.Full time.Posted Today.Job requisition id: R********.Help us change lives.At Exact Sciences, we're helping change how the world prevents, detects and guides treatment for cancer.We give patients and clinicians the clarity needed to make confident decisions when they matter most.This role reports to the Senior Director Region Europe Direct.ResponsibilitiesProvide effective leadership and strategic direction for the region in advancing our corporate presence and widening the market for Exact Sciences portfolio.This role will be responsible for all commercialization activities.Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, including attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of high performance, leading with integrity, accountability, and courage, and energizing teams toward future goals.Manage, support, and guide the team, including delegating tasks, assessing performance, and providing feedback and training opportunities.Develop and execute country-specific strategic and tactical plans, prioritizing resources to maximize growth.Own full country P&L responsibility, ensuring delivery against revenue, profitability and investment objectives.Build a team of employees, consultants, and vendors to support business objectives; work closely with relevant departments within Exact Sciences.Develop relationships with key customers, KOLs and other stakeholders to support successful business growth; establish partnerships to maximize opportunities.Collaborate with Medical Societies and Italian Authorities to support patient access for Exact Sciences products.Provide input into long-range and operating corporate plans; input will be the basis for forecasts and resource allocation.Travel up to 40% as needed.Minimum Qualifications15+ years of senior commercial and market access leadership experience in oncology within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, or laboratory sectors.Minimum 5+ years in managing a multi-functional team with both direct and dotted-line reporting, including full P&L management.Master and/or PhD in Business, Healthcare Technology, and/or Science.Strong hands-on experience in Market Access, reimbursement, and contracting; deep understanding of commercialization of oncology products and/or molecular diagnostics.IVD experience and Direct-to-Consumer experience are strong pluses.Excellent judgment, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks and meet deadlines; positive attitude and morale contributor.Strategic thinker with potential for advancement into international or global roles (incl mobility).Native level Italian and fluent English, both written and spoken.Applicants must be authorized to work in Italy; sponsorship of employment visas is not available.Additional InformationWe are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time.Our success relies on the experiences and perspectives of a diverse team, and Exact Sciences fosters a culture where all employees can develop personally and professionally with a sense of respect and belonging.If you require an accommodation, please contact us here.Stay updated on the latest news and opportunities at Exact Sciences.J-*****-LjbffrCreare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-*****-Ljbffr
