Vivaio Ventures: building brands with the most influential content creatorsVivaio partners with content creators to launch and scale consumer brands, providing operational, strategic, and financial support.We co-found each brand with creators who can drive rapid growth by engaging their communities, while we ensure efficient and streamlined processes through centralized operations.As a fast-growing company in an expanding market, we are seeking a proactive individual eager to grow with us.The position: Brand Management InternWe are looking for someone pragmatic and energetic, with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on attitude.The role requires tenacity, resilience, and the ability to solve practical problems with speed and precision.You will work closely with the brand management team, supporting daily operations and ensuring that things get done.A true operational problem-solver, ready to keep projects moving and turn plans into execution.Key responsibilitiesSupport day-to-day brand operations: follow up with suppliers, logistics partners, and collaborators to ensure projects stay on track - from packaging deliveries to content production deadlinesConduct market and competitive research:analyze pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies of comparable brands; identify trends and opportunities relevant to our projectsHandle practical execution tasks: request quotes, prepare export and shipping documents, organize sample and material shipments, and coordinate with the 3PL and operations team to resolve customer service issuesContribute to brand growth initiatives: support the creation of marketing materials, trade assets, and commercial presentationsAssist brand managers in project coordination: prepare meeting briefs and minutes, track progress, and make sure all stakeholders are aligned on next stepsStay up to date on industry and creator economy trendsto provide fresh insights and inspiration for ongoing brand projectsInternship details· Type: full-time, in person with occasional smart working· Compensation: €700 / month· Location: Vivaio Ventures office, Via Legnone 4, Milan, Italy· Start date: November ****
