We are committed to creating empowering, emotive, and everyday designs that allow our customers the means to express themselves authentically, in every occasion.#COLOROUTSIDETHELINES We are looking for who is ready to make a difference, into an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents and out of the box thinkers.Marni is looking for a E-com B2B shooting specialis t to join the Marketing Communication team: a critical role in the growth and development of Marni's business.Sitting in the Events Content Production team, acting as a liaison between Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, they will be key to managing shooting of all samples and for-sale items, and delivering assets across the business.Key Responsabilities Manage and planning production calendar for E-com B2B shooting Manage the shoots from end to end, including management of external suppliers (photographers, sets, equipment, models and so on) Support of castings Support the photographic sessions in person (eg: samples traffic and management, talent management, catering, and of course resolution of unexpected events on the set) Manage the Platform for Image Control, asset distribution and shooting list Relation with internal stakeholders (merchandising, buying and e-com team) Postproduction coordination Essential Skills Requirements 3- 4 years' experience in a similar role Passionate about fashion, fashion retail and photography Have the ability to think act strategically Be confident, articulate and have strong attention to detail Strong organizational and analytical skills Excel and Powerpoint proficiency Budget monitoring English and Italian languages are critical, other languages are a bonus PIM/DAM/Chalco tools are strong plus #MRN Privacy policy available here: /
