Overview K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of innovative consultative solutions in enterprise applications, AI, and cloud technology.Fully remote opportunity.We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM) with a strong delivery background, who can also bring and develop a client portfolio.This is not a sales-only role : delivery remains the core, with the ability to originate and grow business.Role OverviewK2 Partnering Solutions is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM) to join the team.The role is delivery-first, managing the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end, while also leveraging an existing client network to generate new PERM opportunities and grow accounts over time.The ideal candidate is a hands-on delivery expert with proven exposure to 360 environments (recruitment + client management), used to working in fast-paced consulting or agency settings.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery (core focus)Manage the end-to-end PERM recruiting process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboardingDeliver consistent recruiting output aligned with targets (5 CVs per week / 20 CVs per month)Conduct candidate interviews (technical & behavioral) and in-depth market researchBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelinesMaintain accurate activity tracking in CRM / ATS systemsIdentify delivery bottlenecks and proactively propose solutionsClient & Business Development (360 component)Bring an existing client portfolio or active relationships in IT / technology hiringDevelop and grow client accounts in partnership with K2 leadership and SalesManage client relationships end-to-end (requirements intake, delivery, follow-ups)Support the acquisition of new PERM business through existing network and referralsCollaborate closely with Sales on larger or strategic accountsRequired Experience3–8+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM)Strong background in delivery-focused recruitment environmentsProven experience managing both candidates and clientsExperience in consulting firms, recruitment agencies or staffing companiesDemonstrated ability to generate revenue through own client network (even if partial)Solid understanding of the IT market and technology rolesPrevious quota / revenue ownership experience is a strong plusSoft Skills & MindsetStrong autonomy and ownershipAble to work under pressure and manage competing prioritiesHigh resilience and frustration managementPositive, energetic and proactive attitudeStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsCommercial awareness combined with delivery disciplineResults-driven and accountableMotivationDesire to combine hands-on delivery with client ownershipWillingness to grow a personal book of business within K2Interest in long-term growth in an international, high-performance environmentThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.K2 Partnering Solutions is an equal employment opportunity / affirmative action employer.We do not discriminate on the basis of an individual's actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and pregnancy-related conditions), gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.Our team is dedicated to this policy with respect to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruitment, hiring, placement, promotion, transfer, training, compensation, benefits, employee activities, access to facilities and programs, and general treatment during employment.J-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
