This also includes the pre-sales activities, where one has to assist in formulating/ reviewing the product specification as per the customer's needs, and accelerate the sales procedure accordingly. SSE has to provide training to customers if necessary, preparing the needed material.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to the sales team during quotation, including review of customer requirementsPrepare techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirementsConduct product demonstration and technical training for customersCollaborate with the corporate technical team to provide optimal solutions to customersCollaborate with technical engineers to provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfactionContinuously learn and develop knowledge of power systems, staying up-to-date with the company products portfolioWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, engineering, technical) to ensure the success of the businessQualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, telecommunications or related fieldMin. 5 years of related working experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of power systems and electrical designFluency in Italian and EnglishStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio/CADBusiness travel is mandatory depending on customer requirements ******% of the time)
