Off-White is looking for an experienced and solution-focused Customer Service Specialist.In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service team, managing the full order lifecycle for menswear and kidswear, from order entry to final delivery, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order management.What You'll DoManage and review orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring all transactions are accurately completed, including order status management, shipment monitoring, and invoicing.Process order amendments such as changes based on customer needs.Monitor delivery performance and solve problems in collaboration with the logistics team.Prepare documents required for shipment and raise necessary documents for specific commercial agreements to guarantee an efficient shipping process.Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and enhance customer service procedures and processes.Who You're4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fashion luxury environment.Excellent Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams.Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer ServiceIndustriesWholesale Luxury Goods and JewelryReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Off-White by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
