NHOA Energy designs, delivers and services Battery Energy Storage Systems for utility-scale and industrial applications worldwide, based on proprietary technology.We operate through four regional hubs: Milan for EMEA, Houston for the Americas, Perth for Australia Pacific, Taipei for Asia.Our western power electronics secures performance, guarantees absolute cybersecurity and enables optimized system sizing, while our preferential Asian access offers a reliable, competitive, quality-assured battery supply.World-class engineering and grid integration and forming expertise, coupled with local construction and commissioning capabilities, make for a bankable turnkey delivery platform.NHOA Energy's service platform combines global best practice with client proximity, enabling a tailored offering.We are committed to exceptional user experience, leveraging cutting-edge pre-emptive maintenance technology and immediate response capabilities to guarantee unparalleled availability.Innovation, human capital, organization, financial strength and a flawless reputation of excellence, integrity and sustainability are the basis of our competitive advantage.The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency across all systems.This role involves advanced troubleshooting, second-level support, and proactive maintenance of network devices, servers (physical and virtual), and related infrastructure components.The position requires strong technical skills and close collaboration with the Head of IT Infrastructure and the Cyber Security Office to adhere to security best practices.Key Responsibilities · Provide advanced Help Desk support for complex issues related to networking, server operating systems, and infrastructure components.· Diagnose and resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime.· Perform regular maintenance, patching, and updates on server operating systems (Windows/Linux).· Monitor server performance and ensure high availability.· Maintain and troubleshoot network devices such as firewalls, switches, access points, and VPN systems.· Ensure proper configuration and security of network components.· Manage virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) and assist in cloud infrastructure operations.· Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations and changes.· Follow ITIL processes and internal compliance standards.· Work closely with the Cyber Security Office to implement security guidelines and best practices.· Support vulnerability remediation and participate in security audits.· Assist in infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.· Provide technical input for planning and execution of infrastructure initiatives.· Use monitoring tools to proactively identify performance issues and optimize systems.· Suggest improvements for scalability and reliability.Required Skills
