Per una società basata in provincia di Milano leader nella produzione di Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), ricerchiamo un/una Director Sales, Marketing and Business Development con focus su attività di Sviluppo Business.La figura riporterà direttamente al CEO e avrà un ruolo strategico nello sviluppo commerciale e nell'espansione del business.Responsabilità principaliDefinire in modo proattivo la strategia commerciale e di marketing, in coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali e in condivisione con la Direzione.Raggiungere e monitorare i target di vendita e marginalità, intervenendo su eventuali scostamenti.Garantire un elevato livello di servizio al cliente, assicurando qualità, puntualità e valore nella relazione commerciale.Sviluppare e mantenere solide relazioni direzionali con clienti chiave e stakeholder interni.Essere owner dei processi aziendali legati alle attività commerciali.Collaborare in sinergia con tutte le funzioni aziendali per un'offerta commerciale integrata.Monitorare costantemente il mercato di riferimento: competitor, trend, bisogni emergenti e innovazioni.Promuovere soluzioni innovative e contribuire al miglioramento continuo dell'offerta commerciale.Sviluppare costantemente la pipeline commerciale per saturare la capacità produttiva dell'azienda, con particolare focus su:Individuazione di nuovi API generici o intermedi avanzati.Sviluppo di nuovi clienti in mercati consolidati ed emergenti.Identificazione proattiva di progetti di Custom Synthesis con Innovatori e Start-up.Requisiti e CompetenzeEsperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di aziende del settore CDMO chimico/farmaceutico; gradita esperienza con API Highly Potent.Forte attitudine al Business Development, supportata da un'adeguata conoscenza tecnica.Approccio consulenziale alla vendita, orientato alla creazione di valore e alla soluzione delle necessità del cliente.Ottime competenze di reporting e analisi dei KPI commerciali.Eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese.Leadership solida e capacità di motivare, gestire e sviluppare il team.Eccellenti doti comunicative, di collaborazione trasversale ed elevata empatia.Sede di lavoro: provincia di Milano#J-*****-Ljbffr
