In qualità di Head of Customer Success, seguirà il consolidamento di relazioni positive con i clienti.In questo ruolo, avrà un forte rapporto con i clienti per garantire la loro soddisfazione e raccoglierne le esigenze.Le Sue mansioni Rafforzamento del legame con i clienti, fungendo da punto di riferimento principale, a partire dalla prima installazione del sistema.Consolidamento di una collaborazione di fiducia a lungo termine per comprendere esigenze, obiettivi e sfide tecniche del mercato Analisi ed ottimizzazione delle performance delle soluzioni MiCROTEC installate, attraverso il monitoraggio dei dati di produzione e la proposta di soluzioni per migliorare l'efficienza Supporto tecnico ai clienti nella comprensione e gestione delle criticità, coordinandosi anche con i team interni per la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche Consulenza proattiva ai clienti volta allo sviluppo di best practices per l'utilizzo delle soluzioni MiCROTEC, la promozione di possibili upgrade e il supporto nell'identificazione di nuove opportunità di investimento Raccolta sistematica di feedback sulle soluzioni MiCROTEC e sulle prestazioni ottenute, con l'obiettivo di trasmettere le informazioni internamente per contribuire all'evoluzione del portafoglio prodotti Introduzione di attività ed iniziative per fidelizzare i clienti attraverso un'assistenza proattiva e una relazione di partnership Controllo delle metriche rilevanti, raccogliendo e analizzando regolarmente i KPI significativi per identificare tempestivamente potenzialità e sfide Il Suo profilo Esperienza in ambito di Customer Care preferibilmente in ambito industriale o tecnologico, la conoscenza di tecnologie di scansione è un vantaggio Conoscenza di processi e/o applicativi industriali Spiccate capacità di comunicazione, iniziativa e capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e strutturato Ottima conoscenza di tedesco, inglese e italiano L'esperienza con strumenti CRM o di PM costituisce un vantaggio Flessibilità ed elevata disponibilità a viaggiare MiCROTEC – WORLD LEADING WOOD SCANNING SOLUTIONS MiCROTEC è leader mondiale della tecnologia e del mercato nel campo del rilevamento intelligente delle proprietà del legno per l'ottimizzazione del suo utilizzo nell'industria della lavorazione del legno e stabilisce gli standard in questo mercato dal ****.Non c'è processo che non sia razionalizzato, ottimizzato e accelerato da tecnologie e sistemi MiCROTEC.Sempre con l'impegno di fornire al cliente l'utilizzo economicamente ed ecologicamente più sostenibile del legno.
