Als Head of Customer Success arbeiten Sie am Aufbau und Erhalt enger Kundenbeziehungen.In dieser Funktion pflegen Sie enge Beziehungen zu Kunden, sorgen für deren Zufriedenheit und ermitteln deren Bedürfnisse.Ihre Aufgaben Stärkung der Kundenbeziehungen und Hauptansprechpartner ab der ersten Systeminstallation.Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Partnerschaften, um Marktbedürfnisse, Ziele und technische Herausforderungen unserer Kunden zu verstehen Analyse und Optimierung der Leistung installierter MiCROTEC-Lösungen durch Überwachung von Produktionsdaten und Empfehlung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung Technischer Support für Kunden bei der Analyse und Auflösung kritischer Fragestellungen, in enger Abstimmung mit internen Teams Proaktive Beratung der Kunden durch die Entwicklung von Best Practices für die Nutzung der MiCROTEC-Lösungen, Förderung möglicher Upgrades sowie Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung neuer Investitionsmöglichkeiten Systematische Feedbacks Sammlung zu MiCROTEC-Lösungen und erreichte Leistungen, mit dem Ziel, die Informationen intern weiterzugeben und zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios beizutragen Einführung von Maßnahmen und Initiativen zur Stärkung der Kundentreue durch proaktiven Support und eine echte Partnerschaft Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen, regelmäßige Erhebung und Analyse wichtiger KPIs zur frühzeitigen Identifizierung von Chancen und Herausforderungen Ihr Profil Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Care, vorzugsweise in einem industriellen oder technologischen Umfeld; Kenntnisse in Scantechnologien sind von Vorteil Vertrautheit mit industriellen Prozessen und/oder Anwendungen Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und strukturiert zu arbeiten Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM- oder PM-Tools ist von Vorteil Flexibilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft MiCROTEC – WORLD LEADING WOOD SCANNING SOLUTIONS MiCROTEC ist weltweiter Technologie & Marktführer im Bereich der intelligenten Erkennung der Holzeigenschaften für die Optimierung in der holzverarbeitenden Industrie und setzt in diesem Markt seit **** die Maßstäbe.Es gibt keinen Prozess, der nicht durch entsprechende Technologien und Systeme von MiCROTEC rationalisiert, optimiert und beschleunigt wird.Immer mit dem Ziel vor Augen, den Kunden die ökonomisch & ökologisch nachhaltigste Holznutzung zu ermöglichen.
