Team Training & ComplianceTrain front-of-house staff on wine knowledge, proper service techniques, and pairing recommendations.Ensure compliance with all local and national alcohol laws and regulations. QualificationsPrevious experience as a Maître in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced English level (B2+).
