Descrizione del ruolo :La mission sarà quella di fornire assistenza tecnica di qualità ai clienti per prodotti e apparecchiature presenti in portfolio, risolvere tempestivamente le problematiche tecniche garantendo soddisfazione del cliente, eseguire interventi di installazione, manutenzione e riparazione in modo professionale, minimizzare i tempi di fermo macchina dei clienti.L'operatività dovrà garantire qualità e sicurezza degli interventi tecnici, rispettando la programmazione degli interventi, gestendo con riservatezza le informazioni acquisite, gestendo accuratamente i materiali e ricambi assegnati.Principali responsabilità :Assistenza telefonica e remotaPianificazione ed esecuzione interventi on-site presso i clientiInstallazione e collaudo di nuove apparecchiatureManutenzione preventiva programmata seguendo i contratti di assistenza in essereSviluppo software interno per il service, gestione fidelity card, registrazione chiamateConfronto con il Service di casa madre per casi complessiRequisiti richiesti :Competenze elettromeccanica e / o elettronicheCapacità di diagnosi guasti e troubleshootingCompetenze informatiche per assistenza remotaConoscenza normative di sicurezza elettrica e dispositivi mediciCapacità di lettura schemi elettrici e tecniciProblem solving pratico e rapidoFlessibilità e disponibilità a traferteOrientamento al servizio e customer satisfactionOttimo inglese per continui confronti con casa madre.La figura verrà assunta con un contratto a tempo indeterminato all'interno del CCNL del commercio, con un range retributivo tra i ******€ e i ****** di RAL.#J-*****-Ljbffr
