We invite you to embark on a journey.A technological journey towards the evolution of our society and our industries, powered by Industry 4.0 and supported by Lectra.Software, equipment, data and services...At Lectra, as a major player in the fashion, automotive and furniture markets, we contribute to the Industry 4.0 revolution with boldness and passion by providing best-in-class technologies.But it doesn't stop there.By enabling industrial intelligence solutions, we facilitate the digital transformation of our customers.And we're always on the lookout for new tech-enthusiasts to join the teamWith more than 50 years of experience and a presence in over 100 countries around the world, we are 2,500 employees united by passion and driven by innovation.A unique journey awaits you at Lectra, are you ready to craft the future of technology together?Growing environment with ability to develop within a highly qualified teamWorking in a multi-cultural team and international companyWorking with well-known products and with very good references in this marketMissionA successfulPLM Solution Consultantis responsible for the execution of professional service engagements in support of customers implementing the Kubix Link platform, including PLM, PIM, DAM, and Kubix Board.These engagements will include the initial discovery phase, requirements gathering, configuration, training, issue resolution, upgrades and support hand-off.It will also include the coordination of integrations with third party software providers via API in coordination with our customers' IT departments and other internal stakeholders.Therefore, for such position we are looking for a dynamic, proactive and emphatic profile, with strongproblem solving mindset that thrives in a fast-paced and evolving organization.Establish effective working relationships with the client and key resources.Take the lead in the design and implementation of the Kubix Link platform, through working sessions with customer, identify application requirements.Maintain a detailed to do list, issues log, status reports, and other required documentation for each project.Schedule, hold, lead, and document project team meetings.Communicate with and coach customers on industry and application best practices.Ensure a smooth change management by providing effective training and efficient support to the users in a live environmentWork closely with the Project Manager, the PLM Technical team, and the Customer Care.Travel to client's sites.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in management, computer science technologies or engineering or related area will be required.Master degree will be a strong plus.At least 3 year experience participating into Project implementation of "enterprise" software solutions such as PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM, IT, etc.A consulting background is preferableAbility to analyze issues and system environmentProblem solving attitudeRelational, communication and listening skills, empowered by an empathetic approachBusiness process understandingExperience in Fashion Industry and understanding Fashion processes is a plusExcellent critical thinking, good ability to evaluate profitability vs riskDecision makingFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)#J-*****-Ljbffr
