Location ResponsibilitiesLead the development, review, and ownership of financial models for project finance, refinancings, acquisitions, and M&A transactionsManage relationships with banks, financial institutions, advisors, and investors, acting as a key point of contact on financing mattersCoordinate and oversee due diligence processes for financings, refinancings, and acquisitionsSupport the origination, structuring, negotiation, and closing of project finance and corporate finance transactionsPrepare and present investment memoranda, financial presentations, project teasers, and lender materialsAnalyze key value drivers, perform sensitivity and scenario analyses, and assess financial, tax, and regulatory implicationsMonitor portfolio performance, debt service profiles, and covenant complianceContribute to the definition and execution of the group's financial strategy, including funding plans and capital allocationWork closely with internal teams and external advisors to support new business opportunities and strategic initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline5–8 years of professional experience in project finance, M&A, investment banking, infrastructure funds, or similar environmentsStrong hands-on experience with project finance structures, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectorAdvanced financial modeling and Excel skillsSolid understanding of financing documentation, bank requirements, and transaction processesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple transactions in parallelExcellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholdersFluency in Italian and English is requiredWhat we offerA high-impact role within a fast-growing renewable energy platformDirect exposure to senior decision-making and strategic financial mattersA clearly defined growth path in the short term#J-*****-Ljbffr
