OverviewIn ambito Enterprise Business Development & Marketing, Competence Development Area, ricerchiamo una persona da inserire nel ruolo di Designer Fixed Access Development per la sede di Milano o Roma.La persona individuata ricoprirà il ruolo di designer degli studi di fattibilità per le soluzioni P2P in fibra ottica tramite altri operatori infrastrutturali e si occuperà di:ResponsabilitàCollaborare con i presales dedicati ai clienti per individuare sul mercato le soluzioni di più basso costo, tenendo conto dei vincoli contrattuali assunti con il fornitore di riferimento e quelli alternativi.Collaborare con i bid manager, per definire i livelli di costo da utilizzare nelle trattative in cui è stato coinvolto.Supportare la realizzazione delle P2P.Collaborare per la creazione dei nuovi tool informatici a supporto delle attività.Seguire la realizzazione dei servizi rivolti ad altri operatori di TLC.Competenze richiesteConoscenze di marketing.Conoscenza progettazione di reti in fibra.Competenze su Reti Dati e NetWorking.Conoscenza di come funziona un OLO, le dinamiche di acquisto/vendita di servizi tra OLO, il mercato wholesale e i mercati attigui (media, TV, OTT).Orientamento Commerciale.Forte orientamento al risultato.Analisi e Problem Solving.Pianificazione e organizzazione.Negoziazione e gestione delle divergenze.E' richiesta la conoscenza di progettazione delle reti di accesso in fibra, gestione di fattibilità P2P per clientela Business.Titoli preferenzialiLaurea in materie tecnico/scientifiche o economiche.Esperienza in un altro operatore di TLC in un ruolo analogo, o in subfornitori di aziende TLC o in operatori infrastrutturali.Tale attività dovrà essere svolta con riferimento al processo di integrazione delle competenze funzionali al percorso di trasformazione aziendale in atto.Offriamo alle persone neoassunte un contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato, formazione continua e certificazioni, unitamente all'opportunità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico strategico e innovativo.Opportunità in P&G - Categorie Protette (L. *****)Addetto/a Continuità e Resilienza Operativa#J-*****-Ljbffr
