Company DescriptionCXC (cxccare.com) is a dynamic leader in providing world-class Customer Experience (CX) solutions.We help businesses scale by delivering exceptional support and strategic operational services.As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for tech-savvy, results-driven professionals to join our international team and help us connect with forward-thinking companies worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time 100% Remoterole for aSales Development Representative (SDR) .The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for the entire top-of-the-funnel engine: from technical lead scraping and list building to managing the initial stages of the sales process.Your mission is to identify high-potential business opportunities, reach out to prospects through multi-channel campaigns (Email, Linked In, and Phone), and maintain effective communication to secure qualified appointments for our sales team.You will work closely with the leadership to ensure a consistent flow of new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesLead Scraping & Mining:Use advanced tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, Phantom Buster, etc.) to extract and verify high-quality B2 B leads.List Management:Build, segment, and clean prospecting lists to ensure high deliverability and relevance.Multi-Channel Outreach:Design and execute automated cold email sequences and Linked In outreach.Pitching & Qualifying:Engage prospects via Linked In and cold calls to deliver a compelling value proposition and overcome objections.Meeting Setting:Consistently hit monthly targets for booked appointments/SQLs.QualificationsInside Sales & Sales:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Lead Generation:Deep experience in Lead Generation and Business Development processes, including technical scraping and automation.Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create immediate rapport with clients.Mindset:Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented, resilient approach.Tech Stack:Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, CRM management) is a must.Independence:Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining a collaborative team player.Languages:Native or professional fluency inItalianand high-level proficiency inEnglish (C1/C2) .These are essential for managing our core markets.Knowledge ofFrench, Spanish, or Germanis a significant advantage.What We OfferFlexibility:A 100% remote position with a focus on output, not hours.Compelling Compensation:A competitive base salary + commission plan on targetsAdvanced Tools:Access to the best-in-class automation and sales intelligence software.Growth:The opportunity to grow within an international, fast-scaling company in the CX industry.
