With 40 years of know-how TECO specializes in design, consultancy and commercialization of special made in Italy cables and components for industrial automation.At TECO, we are passionate about what we do, moving forward with enthusiasm and determination.WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPORT MANAGERTo support our international growth, we are looking for an Export Manager who will contribute to the development of foreign markets and help strengthen TECOs presence worldwide.YOUR ROLEYou will be responsible for managing international markets, working closely with customers, distributors and internal teams.You will combine technical understanding, commercial mindset and relationship skills to deliver value to customers and sustainable growth for TECO.SalesManage & develop assigned international marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partnersIdentify new business opportunitiesLead commercial negotiations and manage contracts and pricing with a dedicated inside sales specialistCustomer & Technical CollaborationUnderstand customer needs and translate them into commercial solutionsWork closely with Marketing, Operations & Product Management teamsCollect market feedback to support product development and innovationInternational PresenceRepresent TECO at international trade fairs and industry eventsTravel regularly to international marketsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORA commercially driven professional with a strong interest in international markets.Someone who is comfortable combining technical content and commercial strategy.A proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented person.A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.EXPERIENCE & SKILLSAt least 4/5 years of experience in an Export roleBackground in industrial automationKnowledge of cable solutions is a strong plusExperience working with OEM customers is a plusLANGUAGESFluent in SpanishFluent in EnglishAdditional languages are a plus
