Office CoordinatorFull time - 12-month FTCFounded in ****, POP MART is a market-leading entertainment company and a global champion of designer toy culture.Through global artist development, IP operations, and designer toy culture evangelism, we have built an integrated platform covering the entire designer toy value chain.Besides our original and iconic IPs such as Molly, Hirono, Skullpanda, and LABUBU, POP MART collaborates with top-tier toys and lifestyle brands including Disney, Universal Studios, and Sanrio to create collectible art toys featuring their iconic characters.As part of our strategic growth initiatives, we are focused on expanding our retail network into additional high-potential markets across Europe, continuing to strengthen our brand's position in the region.For more information, please visit and our LinkedIn Career page.POP MART is a boutique-sized company with a young and multicultural team where you can expect to:Receive structured customer service, retail operations and product trainingAn initial 1-year contract - with the strong hope (and plan) to make it permanent if we're a great matchComprehensive training and development programsRegular team social eventsThe Office Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of POP MART's offices and retail stores across Italy and Spain.Reporting to the Head of Retail, this role acts as a key link between the office and various departments, supporting operational needs on a daily basis.Key responsibilities include handling issues related to stores and office logistics, coordinating travel arrangements, managing uniforms, and ensuring timely internal communication.The Office Coordinator will contribute to the efficiency and organization of POP MART's operations in the South European region.We are looking for a highly organized and flexible professional, able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Support the day-to-day operational needs of the South Europe officeAct as the main point of contact for internal departments regarding office-related mattersFilter and coordinate incoming operational requests concerning the office and general logisticsHandle and resolve issues related to office infrastructure, supplies and servicesCoordinate travel arrangements in alignment with company policiesManage uniform distribution and stock monitoring for retail staffEnsure accurate documentation and communication of ongoing office activitiesProvide support in administrative tasks and operational reporting as requiredCarry out additional administrative or operational tasks based on business prioritiesMinimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar operational or administrative roleExcellent command of English and Italian (spoken and written)High level of proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFlexible and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownershipKnowledge of Spanish or any other European languageFamiliarity with Italy / Spain retail landscape and logistics operationsExperience with inventory management software or ERP systems (Net Suite)
