The Client is a global leader in energy efficient air treatment and climate solutions.Using innovative technologies, it creates the perfect climate for customers in a wide range of industries.The Committent has been defining the future of air treatment since ****.Today, around 3,100 employees carry out manufacturing and sales in more than 30 countries.The job interviews will be held in Italian language.The candidate will be part of the Research & Development team and will have the following responsibilities:- Design and development of mechanical and aerodynamic parts (metal/plastic) for introduction into the product line using new and existing technologies- Develop internal design knowledge for production standardization/modularization- Creation of bills of materials, operating instructions, CAD drawings- Propose new technologies, materials, and components to support new product development and existing product improvementsEssential requirements- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent, with a focus on fluid dynamic aspect of ventilation and on mechanical product design- 5-10 years of experience in fluid dynamic and mechanical design- Excellent knowledge of Italian, both spoken and written- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written- Available to work primarily on-site and short-to-medium-term travel to environments such as livestock farms and/or greenhousesContractual conditionsPermanent contractSmart working 4 days per monthCompensation package defined based on the selected candidate's skills
