Randstad Talent Selection è la specialty che si occupa della Ricerca & Selezione di professionisti qualificati.Per nota azienda cliente ricerchiamo un: MARKETING SPECIALIST - SETTORE RETAIL UOMO Tipologia contrattuale: contratto a tempo indeterminato, ccnl terziario commercio, range di RAL ******€ - ******€.Luogo di Lavoro: Nola (NA) Orario di lavoro: full time - lunedì/venerdì.Di cosa ti occuperai?sviluppare e gestire strategie per aumentare la brand awareness; creare campagne di marketing online e monitorarne l'implementazione; sperimentare nuovi canali e strumenti, realizzando contenuti ad hoc da diffondere sui target di riferimento; gestione e coordinamento di partner (interni ed esterni), fornitori, agenzie e autori; monitorare ilbudget di marketing e il ritorno dell'investimento; creare reportsulle prestazioni delle campagne di marketing, collaborando con il team creativo per sviluppare contenuti da promuovere attraverso strategie digitali; analizzare ilmercato per intercettare nuove opportunità di business; analizzare ilcomportamento di clienti al fine di adattare le campagne e i relativi contenuti; organizzazione e impostazione della promozione (digital, social, instore) di eventi.Sei in possesso di questi requisiti?Laurea e/o Master in discipline legate al marketing; esperienza pregressa nel settore retail uomo di almeno 5 anni; ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; utilizzo di software per la gestione di immagini, dimensione e ritaglio, inserimento testi quali ad esempio Photoshop, Indesign, Canva e similari; ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office; gestione progettuale degli eventi; abilitànellascrittura; autonomia e senso di responsabilità; proattività ecreatività.CandidatiSe la tua candidatura è in linea, sarai ricontattato nel più breve tempo possibile_ La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) sul sito
