Join Farmina Pet Foods and be part of a fast-growing global teamFarmina Pet Foods is a leading Italian company specializing in pet nutrition, with over 50 years of experience and a presence in more than 62 countries worldwide.Our approach is rooted in science and inspired by nature, with a strong commitment to innovation and collaboration with universities.We are looking for ambitious, proactive professionals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.At Farmina, we believe in investing in our people through continuous training and professional development.By joining our team, you'll work alongside an international network of experts, gain hands-on experience in a growing industry, and benefit from a competitive compensation package.Ready to take the next step in your career?Apply now and grow with usThe Marketing Specialist will contribute to the implementation of the company's strategies across all channels and will serve as a key point of reference for coordinating projects involving Key Opinion Leaders.Main Responsibilities: Implement marketing agreements with major players.Collect data and analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives.Support the team in the rollout of the Genius Center & KOL project, including: Operational roll-out Activity coordination KPI and insight collection Work closely with Sales, Vet, and Breeder Managers to execute integrated projects.Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.Requirements & Skills: Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Marketing roles within structured organizations.Experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Pet Food/Pet Care sectors is preferred.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Tools: Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly: Excel (advanced data analysis, model building, and pivot tables) PowerPoint (development of clear and effective presentations for Management) Education: Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.Languages: Excellent written and spoken English to collaborate with international teams.What We Offer: A position within an international, innovative, and fast-growing company.The opportunity to work on global projects with direct and measurable impact on the brand and distribution channels.Initial fixed-term contract with the objective of conversion to a permanent contract.
