Wholesale and tenant development sales within Italy ? Market research, business strategy formulation, and proposal of ideas ? Preparation of sales reports ? Business trips within Italy and Japan as required ? Sales activities within Italy ? Comprehensive management support for the Italian subsidiary office, approximately 30 domestic tenants, and factories ? Supporting labour and personnel management (recruitment, personnel affairs, payroll management, team building, development and management, employee performance evaluation, resignation procedures) ? Market research, business strategy formulation, proposal of ideas ? Formulation, execution and analysis of company objectives, business strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) ? Implementation and compliance with company policies ? Reporting company performance and results to the Board of Directors ? Business travel within Italy and Japan as required ? Support for resignation procedures Ideal Candidate: ? Experience in food industry sales preferred (candidates without sales or industry experience but demonstrating strong interest and enthusiasm are welcome) ? Excellent team management and communication skills ? Business-level proficiency in Japanese, English, and Italian ? Valid driving licence ? Essential: Practical experience in management support or managerial roles within Europe ? Practical experience in finance, human resources, labour management, and operational management ? Experience in the food industry is welcome (candidates without experience but with a strong interest and passion for the food industry are also encouraged to apply) ? Excellent team management and communication skills ? Proficiency in Japanese, English, and Italian at a business level ?
