OverviewDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoro.MTS Globe is the biggest independently owned travel company in Europe.Our network includes 66 destination offices in 22 countries in and around the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, Northern Africa, the Black Sea, the Arabian Gulf and Mexico's Caribbean Coast.Since its foundation in ****, MTS Globe has built up a strong market presence in 27 source markets in Europe and North America.It serves over 6.3 million customers with 31 million overnights per year in over 20,000 hotels.250 clients have chosen MTS Globe as their preferred destination partner.We are an equal opportunities employer.ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Senior Hotel Contract Manager, manage hotel contracts for the key destinations of Milan, Tuscany and Piedmont.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners and ensure the best service for our customers.Ensure contracts targets are met and maintain / grow production in the designated areas.Perform contracting trips within the territory and resolve all contracting-related issues (sales, pricing, operations, IT and credit control) internally with other departments and externally with suppliers.Handle contracting activities: negotiations, setting and loading, client assignment of contracts and non-bookable content, follow-ups of brochure descriptions with hoteliers.Follow up of contract performance: allocations, allocation fulfilment and performance, special offers requests, price comparisons, releases, renegotiations of conditions.Analyze sales performance, compare to previous years, assess competitors and margins; consider flight availabilities and changes affecting contracted products.Analyze market trends and identify new streams of business for revenue generation; visit and evaluate new products and contribute to expanding the product portfolio.Represent the territory in internal meetings and at trade shows as required.Assist tour operator visits and provide active contracting support.Contribute to special projects as requested by senior management.RequirementsConsolidated experience in the role of Hotel Contract Manager or in similar positions.An established and solid portfolio of contacts in the hotel sector.Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of the reference market.Ability to work remotely and independently manage time and activities.What we offerA dynamic and growing environment where you can make a difference.Flexibility of remote working and autonomy in managing activities.Opportunity to collaborate with an international and results-oriented team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
