Position:Customer Support Representative (German Speaker)Location:Lisbon, PortugalStart Date:FlexibleEmployment Type:Full-time | Fixed-term contract (1 year)About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedCustomer Support Representativeto join our support team for a leading streaming platform.In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and effective customer support through multiple channelsDiagnose and resolve technical and account-related issuesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experienceWork towards individual and team performance targetsRequirementsNative-level German (minimum C1) and fluency in EnglishPrevious experience in customer support (preferably 12+ months in a contact center)Familiarity with BPO KPIs (C-SAT, NPS, SLAs)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsTechnical troubleshooting knowledge is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package: approx.€21,800 gross/yearFixed weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM)Performance and language bonusesHealth and life insurance (includes family plan)Relocation bonus up to €2,500 for candidates moving from abroad, and €2,500 signing bonusSupport with local registration and accommodationInitial training provided and opportunities for career developmentHow to ApplyIf you're ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a positive customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today to take the next step in your career.#J-*****-Ljbffr
