Director Gemini Security & MinTech SoftwareAt Gemini Security, we protect businesses from malicious bot traffic that can lead to fraud, account takeovers, credential stuffing, web scraping, and revenue loss.As aBusiness Development Representativeat Gemini Security, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.You'll work closely with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our industry-leading bot protection platform.This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical curiosity, consultative sales skills, and a passion for cybersecurity innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy Support: Help define Gemini Security's sales strategy, ICP, GTM channels and early-adopters outreach, providing market insights from direct customer interactionsTargeted Customer Engagement: Identify, reach, and qualify companies most affected by bot traffic (e-commerce, fintech, travel, and SaaS platforms) and connect with decision-makers (CTOs, CISOs and Heads of Product)Sales Cycle Management: Own the pipeline from discovery calls to PoVs (Proof of Value) to contract negotiation, ensuring deals close efficientlyReporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales activity and forecast reportsImpactful Product Demonstration: Conduct demos that clearly showhow malicious traffic affects revenue, conversions, and infrastructure, and how Gemini Security mitigates these risksSolution Design: Translate customer pain points into tailored anti-bot solutions in collaboration with our technical teamBrand Representation: Represent Gemini Security at industry events, online webinars and in the cybersecurity community, building credibility as a bot protection expertRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience inB2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, fraud prevention or infrastructure solutions (3-7 years)Strong ability to explaintechnical concepts in simple, business-focused languageConsultative sales approach with a track record of closing complex dealsExperience with CRM systems(HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation toolsSelf-motivated, highly organized and results-orientedNice to HaveExperience sellinganti-fraud, anti-bot or cybersecurity platformsExposure to startups or high-growth tech companiesBackground in outbound sales, account-based marketing or lead generationMultilingual skills for international expansionWhy Join Gemini Security?Hybrid Work: 3 days on-site, 2 remote.Training & Development: Learn about cybersecurity trends, bot mitigation strategies and sales tactics through conferences and courses.Flexible Hours: Balance work and life while hitting ambitious targets.Real Impact: Directly influence product development, messaging, and market adoption.Build from Zero: This isthefoundational commercial strategy role.You are not inheriting a playbook; you are writing itCompetitive Compensation: Salary from€26,000 – €38,000based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentComputer and Network SecurityLocation: Sesto San Giovanni, Lombardy, ItalyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Gemini Security by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
