Nutanix is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead and grow our Public Sector business in Italy.Based in Rome, you will work closely with key government and public administration customers, particularly within the Ministry of Defence, and related entities.This role requires a strategic and relationship-driven professional capable of navigating the complex, traditional structures of Italy's public sector while driving adoption of modern hybrid cloud and data solutions.About the TeamYou will join a close-knit and mission-driven sales team focused on enabling Italy's public institutions to achieve digital modernization securely and efficiently.Collaboration, trust, and customer obsession are at the heart of everything we do at Nutanix.Your RoleManage and expand relationships across major public administration and defence accounts in Italy.Develop deep partnerships at the C-level, ensuring Nutanix remains a trusted advisor in digital transformation initiatives.Coordinate and execute account strategies tailored to the unique needs of public institutions and defence-related divisions.Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative cloud and data solutions that align with public sector compliance and security standards.Drive consistent sales growth while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and trust.Use Salesforce and Power BI to manage pipeline and performance reporting effectively.What You Will BringMinimum 10 years of experience in public sector sales within Italy, ideally within international IT companies (e.g., Dell, IBM, or similar).Deep knowledge of the public administration ecosystem, including Ministries, Defence.Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts in a relationship-driven and regulated environment.Strong, verifiable network of C-level connections in key government bodies.Exceptional patience, credibility, and integrity to build long-term trust within traditional environments.Native-level Italian and fluent English are required.Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.Must be based in Rome, with very limited travel.Nutanix is an equal opportunity employer.Nutanix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and (in the U.S.) anAffirmative Actionemployer.Qualified applicants are considered for employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, disability status or any other category protected by applicable law.We hire and promote individuals solely on the basis of qualifications for the job to be filled.We strive to foster an inclusive working environment that enables all our Nutants to be themselves and to do great work in a safe and welcoming environment, free of unlawful discrimination, intimidation or harassment.As part of this commitment, we will ensure that persons with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodations.If you need a reasonable accommodation, please let us know by contacting[email protected].#J-*****-Ljbffr
