Descrizione del RuoloSede: in sede (full presence).Dipartimento: Produzione e programmazione.Settore: Stampaggio a Iniezione – Sistemi e componenti in plastica.La figura avrà un ruolo chiave di coordinamento trasversale tratutti i reparti coinvolti nel ciclo vita del prodotto, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare i flussi dalla pianificazione della produzione all'output del prodotto e ridurre le timeline complessivedel processo.Avrà il compito di pianificare e armonizzare flussi informativi e operativi, convertendo input commerciali e produttivi in piani attuabili, efficienti ed ottimizzati coerenti con le risorse e gli obiettivi aziendali.Responsabilità principaliAgire comepunto di raccordotra i vari reparti aziendali, tra cui produzione, programmazione, commerciale, logistica e così via;Raccogliere input e priorità da tutte le funzioni e trasformarle in piani produttivi strutturati;Allineare domanda, capacità produttiva, materiali, risorse e tempistiche per garantire flussi costanti e prevedibili;Facilitare la comunicazione interdipartimentale per prevenire criticità e ridurre tempi morti;Analizzare processi, tempi, flussi e lead time end-to-end;Identificare inefficienze e proporre miglioramenti con logiche Lean.RequisitiEsperienza consolidata (8–10+ anni) nella pianificazione della produzione, preferibilmente in stampaggio a iniezione;Ottima conoscenza dei processi produttivi e dei flussi interfunzionali end-to-end;Competenza con sistemi ERP / MRP e strumenti avanzati di analisi dati;Conoscenza di metodologieLean Manufacturinge approcci di ottimizzazione del processo;Capacità di mediazione e gestione comunicazione tra reparti diversi;Forte orientamento alla riduzione del lead time e alla performance operativa;Leadership, problem solving, visione sistemica e attitudine al cambiamento digitale.#J-*****-Ljbffr
