Con una solida reputazione nel mercato, noi di Mag Spa ci impegniamo a fornire un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e stimolante, dove il talento è valorizzato con continue opportunità di crescita.Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Account Handler per la sede MAG di Milano, che entrerà a far parte del nostro team International,occupandosi della gestione operativa e del supporto tecnico-assicurativo.La risorsa sarà coinvolta nellagestione quotidiana del portafoglio clienti assegnato, garantendo efficienza, precisione e continuità nel servizio. Collaborerà attivamente con l'Account Executive nella predisposizione della documentazione tecnica, nella gestione dei programmi assicurativi e nel mantenimento di relazioni professionali efficaci con clienti e compagnie.Responsabilità PrincipaliSupportare l'Account Executive di riferimento nell'ambito dei Clienti Internazionali.Gestire e monitorare gli account dei clienti assegnati rispondendo prontamente alle loro esigenzeMonitorare e gestire attentamente il portafoglio clienti, identificando nuove opportunità di consulenza e sviluppo.Elaborare policy digests e reports.Monitorare il collocamento delle polizze e il reporting nei confronti dei "producing offices";Mantenere attivo e puntuale il coordinamento con le divisioni specialistiche di MAG per soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.RequisitiLaurea economico finanziaria o master in Risk Management e/o affini al settore assicurativo.Esperienza minima di 3 anni in ruoli simili, soprattutto nella gestione di programmi assicurativi in entrata e/o in uscita.Conoscenza livello medio-avanzato della gestione tecnico-assicurativa.Abilità di relazione, forti doti comunicative e di team working.Capacità organizzative e di time management.Conoscenza della lingua inglese - Livello minimo richiesto: B2.
