Able Tech è una software house presente sul mercato da più di 20 anni leader in Italia per la gestione elettronica dei documenti, del Workflow & Process Management e della conservazione sostitutiva.Le nostre tre linee R&D Document & Workflow, Digital Trust Services e Innovation Hub sono costantemente impegnate nello sviluppo di soluzioni informatiche all'avanguardia ed alto contenuto tecnologico.Il nostro ufficio "Purchase & Facilities" ha la responsabilità di gestire gli acquisti aziendali e di garantire il corretto funzionamento degli spazi e dei servizi.Per l'area stiamo cercando 1 PURCHASE & FACILITIES MANAGER che si occuperà di gestire l'intero ciclo di acquisti e di garantire ambienti di lavoro sicuri e confortevoli.Offriamo la possibilità di lavorare in ambiente dinamico, flessibile e informale con affiancamento e opportunità di formazione costante.Modalità lavorativa ibrida con smart working 2 giorni a settimana, ticket restaurant, welfare aziendale e assistenza sanitaria.All'interno del team aziendale e in collaborazione con i colleghi dell'area ti occuperai di:- Gestire il ciclo completo di acquisti e fornitori,- Guidare il facility management per la continuità operativa,- Ottimizzare il parco fornitori e la flotta auto aziendale,- Negoziare contratti chiave per massimizzare efficienza e ridurre i costi.Requisiti:- Diploma o Laurea in materie economiche,- Esperienza minima di 6 anni in ruoli analoghi,- Buona conoscenza in materia contabile,- Conoscenza buona della lingua inglese,- Spiccate doti relazionali e di negoziazione con propensione al lavoro di gruppo,- Elevate capacità analitiche con buone doti di problem solving,- Domicilio nel raggio di ***** Km dalla sede di Lonato.Retribuzione ed inquadramento verranno definiti in sede di selezione ed inserimento, in base alla formazione ed esperienza pregressa.Sede di lavoro: Lonato del Garda (BS)L'annuncio è rivolto a tutti i candidati, senza distinzione di sesso, nel rispetto del Codice delle pari opportunità di cui al D.Lgs.********.I tuoi dati saranno trattati secondo la seguente Informativa privacy
