Per primaria realtà farmaceutica in rapidissima crescita cerchiamo un/una Head of Innovation. La figura a diretto riporto del CEO avrà il seguente perimetro di azione: Analizzare trend di mercato e scenari competitivi per identificare nuove opportunità di business. Trasformare i risultati scientifici dell'Innovation Lab in concept di prodotto comprensibili e commercialmente validi. Definire la strategia di posizionamento e di lancio per i nuovi prodotti. Agire come focal point cross-funzionale tra i team R&D, Marketing e Vendite, garantendo allineamento e comunicazione fluida. Contribuire attivamente alla roadmap di innovazione, portando la "voce del mercato" all'interno dei processi di sviluppo PROFILO: La persona ricercata dovrà avere elevata conoscenza ed esperienza: 3 – 5 anni di esperienza maturati all'interno di società di consulenza strategica o aziende del settore medicale/farmaceutico modernamente strutturate Spiccato approccio analitico Ottime capacità di fungere da focal point per vari team aziendali Proattività e mentalità orientata alla risoluzione dei problemi Flessibilità e capacità di problem solving TITOLO DI STUDIO: Laurea in ingegneria o in ambito bio medicale LINGUE: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese SEDE Genova
