Per azienda leader nel settore automotive e della mobilità sostenibile ricerchiamo un/una Customer Experience Specialist da inserire in un team dinamico e orientato all'innovazione.Attività principali- Accoglienza clienti in store e durante eventi- Raccolta e gestione lead, aggiornamento CRM- Supporto all'esperienza di test drive- Presentazione prodotti e assistenza nel processo di acquisto- Collaborazione con il team per strategie commerciali- Supporto alle attività di consegna veicoliRequisiti- Esperienza in ruoli a contatto con il pubblico (retail, hospitality, customer service, eventi)- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali- Attitudine commerciale e orientamento al cliente- Buona conoscenza strumenti digitali e CRM- Flessibilità, proattività e spirito di squadra- Interesse per il settore automotive e la sostenibilitàOfferta- Inserimento in contesto innovativo e in crescita- Contratto e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza- Formazione continua e possibilità di sviluppo
