Job DescriptionStiamo cercando un Sales Executive con una forte conoscenza del mondo assicurativo-sanitario e della rete di cliniche convenzionate.Il profilo ideale unisce competenze commerciali a una profonda familiarità con le dinamiche tra assicurazioni e strutture sanitarie.L'obiettivo principale è la vendita della nostra nuova soluzione di Claim Management, supportando al contempo lo sviluppo della rete sanitaria affiliata.Responsabilità Condurre attività di Solution Selling e presentare le nostre soluzioni a cliniche, ospedali e assicurazioni.Gestire l'intero ciclo di vendita: prospecting, presentazioni, negoziazione e chiusura.Sviluppare e gestire la rete sanitaria convenzionata.Intavolare trattative con stakeholder clinici e assicurativi per promuovere l'adozione delle nostre soluzioni.Collaborare con il team di prodotto per migliorare la proposta in base al feedback di mercato.QualificationsMust have: Minimo 4 anni di esperienza in vendite B2B o gestione reti cliniche in ambito assicurativo.Conoscenza approfondita dei flussi di gestione sinistri/claim.Network attivo nel settore delle cliniche convenzionate.Forte orientamento commerciale e capacità di negoziazione.Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o simili.Italiano madrelingua e inglese intermedio (B1+) Nice to have: Esperienza in ambito SaaS o healthtech.Esperienza in ruoli ibridi tra sales e gestione convenzioni.Autonomia e proattività nella gestione di progetti complessi.Additional Information Modalità di lavoro: Il ruolo è ibrido: circa il 50% del tempo sarà dedicato a visite clienti in tutta Italia, il resto potrà essere svolto da remoto.Diamo priorità a candidati basati nel Centro-Nord Italia, dove si concentra gran parte della nostra base clienti.Sono previste occasionali trasferte a Roma o Bologna per incontri strategici.
