Business Unit Director- Insurance, lazio lazio, Italy La divisione Sales & Marketing di Randstad Professionals, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di Middle e Senior Management, ricerca:La risorsa avrà l'obiettivo di guidare lo sviluppo, presidiare il mercato di riferimento e assicurare la coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali complessivi, nello specifico:Definire e implementare la strategia Sales della Business Unit e Go To Market, supervisionando l'andamento Economico e del PDefinizione dellaStrategia Marketing:Pricing, Promotion e Distribution;Gestire il life cycle del portafoglio prodotti assicurativi (Vita, Civile e Corporate), con attenzione alla redditività e all'innovazione;Guidare, formare e sviluppare la rete commerciale già esistente, creare azioni commerciali cross selling per sviluppare ed incrementare le vendite;Analizzare i KPI economici e gestionali della BU, identificando aree di miglioramento e opportunità di crescita;Coordinare le funzioni operative e il prodotto in sinergia con le altre aree aziendali;Presidiare l'evoluzionenormativa e di mercato del settore assicurativo, proponendo soluzioni competitive;Sviluppare relazioni strategiche con partner chiave:broker, compagnie assicurative, enti regolatori e altri stakeholders.Laurea in Economia, Giurisprudenza, Ingegneria gestionale o affini;preferibile Master/MBA.Almeno 7-10 anni di esperienza nel settore assicurativo, con responsabilità strategica/commerciale e marketing.Pregressa esperienza nella gestione di reti commerciali complesse b2b/b2c.Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche di mercato, dei prodotti assicurativi (vita/danni) e della normativa IVASS.Forti capacità di leadership, gestione di team e project management.Ottime doti analitiche, orientamento al risultato e capacità decisionali.Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di negoziazione.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (preferibile).J-*****-Ljbffr
