Descrizione dell'AziendaPhoton Power Investment è una società internazionale di sviluppo di progetti fondata nel **** in Italia.In qualità di azienda europea specializzata nello sviluppo, ingegneria e approvvigionamento di progetti di energia rinnovabile di media e grande scala in tutto il mondo, la nostra competenza abbraccia i settori del fotovoltaico (PV), dei progetti a idrogeno (H2) e dei sistemi di accumulo di energia a batteria (BESS).Oggi gestiamo un portafoglio di 2 GW distribuito tra Italia, Germania, Spagna, Stati Uniti e Turchia, con una comprovata esperienza nella realizzazione di oltre 1 GW di progetti di energia pulita.Posizione Aperta:Stiamo cercando un/una Investment & Crowdfunding Manager con forte background finanziario, che abbia esperienza diretta nella strutturazione e gestione di operazioni di crowdfunding nel settore energetico.La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nella raccolta di capitali, nel coordinamento con piattaforme di crowdfunding e nella strutturazione finanziaria dei progetti, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team finance e il management.Responsabilità:Strutturazione e gestione di operazioni di equity e/o debt crowdfundingCoordinamento con piattaforme di crowdfunding autorizzatePreparazione della documentazione finanziaria e informativa per gli investitori (business plan, info memorandum ecc.)Analisi finanziaria dei progetti e definizione dei ritorni per gli investitoriSupporto alla strutturazione finanziaria dei progettiGestione dei rapporti con investitoriRequisiti Richiesti:Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affiniEsperienza in ambito finance, con focus su: Crowdfunding, structured finance/corporate finance, investment managementSolida conoscenza dei modelli finanziariConoscenza della normativa italiana sul crowdfundingOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamenteContratto e compenso saranno definiti in base all'esperienza e alle qualifiche del/della candidato/a.Orario: Full timeSede: Milano, Italia (modalità ibrida / flessibile)#J-*****-Ljbffr
