Widen Your Horizons.Join the Next Chapter of Your CareerAt EssilorLuxottica, we are committed to empowering our people to grow and succeed.This is your opportunity to take your career to the next level, embrace new challenges, and continue making a difference.We work for a brighter future, thinking today about the world of tomorrow.Don't miss the chance to shape your#FutureInSightwith usYour roleWe are looking for aSmart Manufacturing &Connected Systems Specialistto join ourBusiness Process Innovation (BPI)team.The role will focus on supporting and executing projects in the areas ofManufacturing Execution Systems (MES),Operational Technology (OT), andBusiness Intelligence (BI), contributing to the digital transformation roadmap across our global Operations.The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, hands-on experience in MES and OT environments, and a passion for data-driven innovation and agile digitalization projects.He/She will work closely with our Manufacturing Engineering, IT and other BPI teams to support the implementation of digital solutions that improve efficiency, traceability, and performance on the shop floor.Main responsibilitiesSupport the execution of innovation projects across all phases: requirements gathering, functional analysis, technical specifications, testing, go-live, and post-deployment monitoring.Collaborate with IT teams, system integrators, and solution providers to ensure successful project delivery.Analyze shop floor data and contribute to the development of Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance.Provide day-to-day support for MES and OT solutions, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with other BPI Centers of Excellence (e.g., Digital Manufacturing DIGMA, Digital-SPC, AI & Advanced Analytics, Traceability, Smart Retail Operations) to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across initiatives.Main requirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Statistic, Industrial Automation, or a related field.Knowledge of MES, OT systems, Power-BI and other digital manufacturing projectsKnowledge of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 principles.Familiarity with systems such as SCADA, PLCs, data historians, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.Fluent in English; French or other languages are a plus.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.We celebrate diversity and provide equal opportunities to all, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that makes us unique.#J-*****-Ljbffr
