Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un / una Light Fleet Support Service Coordinator da inserire all'interno della nostro dipartimento Procurement & Logistics presso la Sede Centrale di Parma.La risorsa avrà il compito di garantire la corretta gestione operativa della flotta leggera aziendale e delle relative attività di manutenzione, documentazione e supporto tecnico-amministrativo, assicurando il rispetto delle normative e la piena efficienza del servizio.ResponsabilitàGestire il parco veicoli aziendale a noleggio interno, attraverso app e sistemi digitali dedicati.Monitorare le manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie di autovetture e autocarri.Gestire la flotta di 35 q.Li, sia di proprietà che a noleggio a lungo termine.Coordinare i contratti attivi con fornitori di servizi (officine, lavaggi, gommisti, ecc.).Redigere e aggiornare lo storico manutenzioni e il tracciamento dei cambi gomme.Mantenere e gestire i file informativi relativi ai veicoli a supporto dell'attività di controllo.Coordinare le attività di verifica periodica su attrezzature di sollevamento (carri ponte, muletti, autogru) e su impianti tecnici (aspirazione fumi, aria compressa, impianti trattamento acque, ecc.).Assicurare il monitoraggio delle scadenze tecniche e gestionali, con raccolta e archiviazione della documentazione necessaria a garantire la conformità durante ispezioni, audit interni e verifiche da parte di enti terzi.Effettuare la verifica amministrativa delle fatture relative ai fornitori di servizio coinvolti.Gestire la documentazione relativa ai cespiti e ai materiali in dismissione, redigendo gli ordini di vendita e curando l'archiviazione dei moduli aziendali.Archiviare la manualistica, i certificati, i libretti e la documentazione tecnica dei cespiti aziendali.Redigere e archiviare a sistema le schede cespiti e gestirne l'ubicazione gestionale al momento dell'arrivo presso la sede.RequisitiDiploma tecnico o titolo equivalente;Laurea costituisce un plus.Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli analoghi (gestione flotta, logistica tecnica, manutenzione impianti o mezzi).Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.Capacità di utilizzo di software gestionali e strumenti digitali.Conoscenza di base delle normative su manutenzione impianti e sicurezza attrezzature.Ottime capacità organizzative, attenzione al dettaglio, autonomia e senso di responsabilità.Abilità comunicative e relazionali nel coordinamento con colleghi e fornitori.Gradita la conoscenza della lingua inglese.Disponibilità occasionale a trasferte su territorio nazionale.Luogo di lavoro: ParmaThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. ********** and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of **** on equal treatment.We are committed to promoting an inclusive work environment and respecting gender diversity.Interested parties are invited to consult the privacy notice in accordance with EU Regulation ********** (GDPR), available at the following address:#J-*****-Ljbffr
