Overview Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro Overview Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,000+ satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO).Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world.Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.ResponsibilitiesOversee website content management and maintenance, content publishing, and workflow optimization to support business objectives and user experience.Drive efforts to simplify content quality processes and automation needs for content review.Work with global teams to ensure content parity across locales.Design and execute language translation processes for website content.Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance website functionality, manage multilingual content, and ensure compliance with web standards.Track and analyze content and SEO performance, manage projects related to content development, and work closely with product and software teams to implement enhancements.Review / edit content in the content management system for writing, brand, and web standards.Manage website taxonomy, content structure, and tagging.Optimize landing pages for branding and user experience.Manage multiple content production needs gracefully and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment.Develop and execute data-driven global SEO content strategies to maximize business impact.Guide and partner with marketers and agencies on global SEO optimizations and strategy.Research and analyze industry keywords, search and genAI trends, and algorithm updates to optimize content performance.Create detailed requirements, system documentation, and user guides, and perform user acceptance testing.Perform routine maintenance for all content in the content management system.Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and understand existing processes and workflows.Execute A / B experimentation on Marketing content and customer journey.Support awareness and acquisition campaigns through website activations to ensure timely rollout.Export ControlRequirement Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Basic Qualifications5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languagesFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML / CSS.Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Knowledge of content quality processes and best practicesIn-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices—including international SEO.Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.Ability to translate feature requests into technical specificationsPreferred QualificationsExperience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprintExperience in supporting global content needs and campaignsSkill in balancing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of HTML / CSSFamiliarity with content automation processesExperience in training marketers on content best practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with global teams and cross functional Partner.CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market.Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range
