Stiamo selezionando un Quality Assurance Manager , il quale è responsabile di pianificare, implementare e supervisionare i sistemi di gestione della qualità per garantire che prodotti e servizi rispettino standard elevati e conformità normativa. Le sue mansioni prevedono la definizione di procedure, la gestione degli audit (interni ed esterni), la formazione del personale, l'analisi dei processi e l'implementazione di azioni correttive per prevenire difetti.Responsabilità principali:Gestire e mantenere i sistemi di gestione della qualità aziendale, assicurando la conformità agli standard nazionali e internazionali.Supervisionare le attività di certificazione di prodotto, garantendo il rispetto delle normative vigenti.Pianificare e condurre audit interni ed esterni per verificare l'efficacia dei processi di qualità.Collaborare con i team di produzione, progettazione e supply chain per implementare miglioramenti continui.Monitorare e analizzare i dati relativi alla qualità per identificare aree di miglioramento.Analizzare le cause dei problemi, gestire le non conformità e implementare azioni correttive e preventive.Formare il personale sui processi e le procedure di qualità.Requisiti:Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline affini.Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli simili, maturate preferibilmente nel settore metalmeccanico o elettronico.Conoscenza approfondita delle normative ISO ****, ISO ***** e di altre certificazioni rilevanti;Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese;Capacità di utilizzo di strumenti ERP e software di gestione qualità.Soft Skills richieste:Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.Attitudine al problem solving e orientamento ai dettagli.Capacità di leadership e di gestione di team multidisciplinari.Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.Proattività e orientamento ai risultati.Cosa offriamo:Assunzione diretta a tempo pieno ed indeterminatoAmbiente di lavoro dinamico e stimolante.Opportunità di crescita professionale in un settore strategico.Ral indicativa: ********* euro
