Grow@Hilti Program is our development program with real responsibility from day one.What You'll doGrow@Hilti program – Operation track is a development program like no other. Over a two-year and half period we'll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It's fast paced and challenging, but we'll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities. The program is split into three main stages of work:18 monthsas Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You'll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software.9 monthsin one of these two roles:Logistics Trainee: you'll be supporting operational tasks related to product availability and inventory management, ensures appropriate level of stock and enables the organization to meet service level targets while also minimizing cost.Local Repair Process Expert Trainee: your key responsibilities will be to analyse and improve existing standards, identify gaps and develop global standards to ensure operational excellence.3 monthson a regional strategic project on Logistics or After Market Service Departments.
