Per importante azienda nel settore Energy, si ricerca un/a Training Specialist da inserire all'interno del proprio team operativo presso la sede di Firenze.Il Technical Training Specialist avrà la responsabilità di monitorare e sviluppare le competenze tecniche globali all'interno della Supply Chain. Questa figura chiave contribuirà alla standardizzazione dei processi e alla creazione di percorsi formativi innovativi, assicurando un'esecuzione impeccabile e il superamento delle aspettative dei clienti.Responsabilità:•Analizzare periodicamente le esigenze formative e identificare gap di competenze.•Aggiornare e mantenere i programmi di competenze in linea con le nuove tecnologie.•Monitorare lo sviluppo delle competenze e la partecipazione ai corsi (in aula, online e on-the-job).•Valutare l'efficacia della formazione attraverso follow-up con i team.•Gestire la logistica dei corsi e la comunicazione interna.•Monitorare e caricare i crediti formativi nel Learning Management System (LMS).•Favorire sinergie tra le diverse Business Units e Product Lines.Requisiti•Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria.•Esperienza tecnica in Ingegneria, Produzione, Field Services o Supplier Quality (1–2 anni).•Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in gestione della formazione.•Ottime capacità di problem solving, coaching e project management.•Mentalità globale e competenze analitiche.•Inglese fluente.OffertaIniziale contratto di 12 mesi con Adecco Italia SpA e successive possibilità di stabilizzazione.Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurate anche alla reale esperienza della risorsa individuata.Disponibilità oraria: Full Time
