We are committed to creating empowering, emotive, and everyday designs that allow our customers the means to express themselves authentically, in every occasion.#COLOROUTSIDETHELINESWe are looking for who is ready to make a difference, into an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents and out of the box thinkers.Marni is looking for anE-com & B2B Shooting specialistto join the Marketing & Communication team: a critical role in the growth and development of Marni's business.Sitting in the Events & Content Production team, acting as a liaison between Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, will be key to managing shooting of all samples and for-sale items, and delivering assets across the business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the production calendar for E-com & B2B shoots.Direct end-to-end shoot operations, supervising external vendors (photographers, set designers, equipment providers, models).Facilitate the casting process.Supervise on-set operations in person (e.g., sample tracking, talent coordination, and troubleshooting unexpected issues).Administer the Image Control Platform, ensuring proper asset distribution and shoot list accuracy.Liaise with internal stakeholders (merchandising, buying, and e-com teams).Coordinate post-production workflows.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTSExperience: 3-4 years in a similar role.Industry Knowledge: Enthusiast of fashion, retail, and visual production.Organization: Strong analytical skills with experience in budget tracking.IT Skills: Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.Knowledge of PIM/DAM (Chalco) is highly desirable.Languages: Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (Essential).Soft Skills: confident communicator, detail-oriented.#MRN#J-*****-Ljbffr
