Per conto di una software house italiana in crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un Technical Lead con una solida esperienza nello sviluppo in ambiente Microsoft e una forte propensione alla guida tecnica e alla qualità del codice.ResponsabilitàCoordinare un team di sviluppatori back-endProgettare e supervisionare architetture software scalabili basate su ambienti MicrosoftPartecipare attivamente allo sviluppo dei componenti core e alle decisioni architetturaliCollaborare con i team Front-End, Dev Ops e Project Management nella definizione delle soluzioni tecniche e strategicheSupportare la crescita professionale del team e dell'azienda attraverso mentoring, formazioneProdurre stime affidabili e supervisionare le offerte tecniche, garantendo coerenza tra le proposte commerciali e le capacità del teamBilanciare soluzioni tecniche evolute con le esigenze del cliente e del progetto, trovando il giusto compromesso tra innovazione e contesto (es. ambienti legacy bancari)Stack tecnologico Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture C# /.NET / Entity Framework Conoscenza approfondita di Microsoft Azure SQL Server, altri database relazionali, Database non relazionale Gestione del versionamento del codice con Git Conoscenze base di Java Script per interazione con il Front-EndNice to haveCI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops o simili)Node JSK8sEsperienza con strumenti Git Ops (es. Argo CD, Flux)Conoscenze di NetworkingProfilo idealeHai una solida esperienza come back-end developer in ambienti enterpriseLaurea (almeno triennale) in Informatica/Ing Informatica o discipline affiniConoscenza professionale della lingua ingleseCertificazioni Microsoft e/o AzureBudget: €Modalità: Ibrida flessibile
