La divisione Randstad Professionals Hospitality & Luxury, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili middle e senior management, ricerca per un hotel 5* a Brunate (CO) una figura di:Sales & Marketing Manager (Hotellerie)La figura riporterà direttamente al General Manager e avrà un ruolo strategico che guiderà la performance commerciale e l'immagine del brand di un prestigioso albergo 5* a Brunate (CO).Responsabilità principali:Elaborare e implementare piani strategici di vendita e marketing, volti a massimizzare l'occupancy, l' ADR e i ricavi complessivi dell'hotel; Gestire attivamente il portafoglio clienti chiave (aziende, agenzie di viaggio di lusso, tour operator), identificando e sviluppando nuove opportunità di business; Supervisionare tutte le attività di marketing e comunicazione (online e offline); Monitorare costantementeil budget di vendita e marketing, fornendo analisi e previsioni; Collaborare con ilRevenue Manager per ottimizzare la strategia tariffaria; Guidare le strategie di marketing digitale; Analizzare le tendenze di mercato e le performance dei competitors; Profilo:Solida esperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo o senior di Sales & Marketing Manager; Forte orientamentoal risultato, comprovata capacità di raggiungere obiettivi di vendita sfidanti e visione strategica nella gestione delle dinamiche di mercato del lusso; Eccellenti doti negoziali e di networking, capacità di costruire e mantenere relazioni durature con clienti e partner di alto profilo; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata); la conoscenza di una seconda lingua sarà considerata un plus; Disponibilità a viaggi d'affari e partecipazione a fiere ed eventi di settore a livello nazionale e internazionale.Sede di lavoro: Brunate (CO)Ai sensi della normativa vigente l'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta a entrambi i sessi (L. ******).I dati saranno trattati e conservati esclusivamente per finalità di selezione presenti e future, garantendo i diritti di cui agli artt. 7 e 13 del D.
