Employee - We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team in Milan or Florence.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing all online advertising campaigns in both Italian and English, with the goal of generating qualified leads and reinforcing the exclusive image of our brand.Do you want to find out what are the 5 steps of our selection process?How we hire.The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for:Planning and managing digital advertising campaigns.Designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), with a particular focus on targeting a premium, international audience;Continuous implementation and optimization.Running A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages; analyzing performance data to improve conversion rates and return on investment (ROI);KPI monitoring and reporting.Closely monitoring key metrics and lead quality; preparing weekly and monthly reports with strategic insights for the marketing team and company leadership;Collaboration with the creative team.Working together to define visual content and copy consistent with the brand's luxury positioning and campaign objectives;Advertising budget management.Efficiently allocating and optimizing budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum return on investment.What we offerThe opportunity to be the key person in the company dedicated to managing online advertising campaigns;A highly professional, creative, and dynamic environment, with a top-tier digital positioning;A clear path for professional growth, allowing the candidate to develop both technical and cross-functional skills and advance within the company.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in similar digital advertising roles, preferably in the luxury or real estate sectors;In-depth and proven knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads Manager;Specific education in digital communication, marketing, or web marketing (degree, master's, or professional courses);Excellent command of both Italian and English (knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus);Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite;Full-time position with a permanent employment contract;High-level, dynamic, and fast-growing professional environment;Ongoing training on company processes, tools, and best practices;Opportunities for professional growth and advancement into roles with greater responsibility.Digital Advertising Specialist***************#J-*****-Ljbffr
