Agile Labis a company founded in **** with the mission to create value for its customers in data-intensive environments through customisable solutions that establish performance-driven processes, sustainable architectures and automated platforms based on data governance best practices.Having delivered over 100 successful Elite Data Engineering initiatives, we have used this experience to create Witboost: a modular, technology-agnostic platform that enables modern organisations to discover, value and produce their data in both traditional environments and fully compliant Data Mesh architectures.With a highly skilled team of over 160 data engineers based in Europe, Agile Lab helps organisations with their data-driven transformation.Take a look at our handbook to discover our core values and processes.The opportunity:We are looking to recruit a talentedCloudera Specialistwith solid experience in the use and management of theCDPplatform.The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of complex CDPsolutions, ensuring the reliability and operational continuity of IT systems.RAL:€35K - €55KResponsibilities:Platform Management: Maintain and administer the Cloudera CDP platform (Public or Private Cloud), ensuring availability, performance, and scalability;Cluster Operations: Monitor, scale, and manage Hadoop and Spark clusters, services (HDFS, Hive, Impala, HBase, Kafka, etc.), and associated infrastructure;Security & Governance: Configure and manage security policies and data governance tools (Ranger, Atlas, etc.);Automation & CI/CD: Develop automation scripts and pipelines for deploying and managing services across the data platform;Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve platform and data pipeline issues, engaging with internal stakeholders and Cloudera support as needed;Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor system health, optimize resource usage, and improve performance of workloads and queries;Documentation: Maintain clear documentation on procedures, configurations, incident responses, and best practices;Collaboration: Work with Data Engineers, Architects, and DevOps teams to integrate CDP into broader data pipelines and solutions;On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents affecting platform operations.?
