About the job Limitless nbsp;is an élite advisory firm offering nbsp; open innovation services nbsp;to the most cutting-edge scaleups and companies in the nbsp; Fashion and Luxury Industry .We are a fast-growing and fully remote company, working with leading nbsp; Brands, Foundations, and Universities nbsp;across the global fashion innovation ecosystem.Our projects and events span the world's most dynamic fashion and innovation hubs — nbsp; Milan, Paris, New York, Miami, Dubai, Berlin , and more.We are looking for a nbsp; Junior Event Manager Business Development Associate nbsp;to join our international team.The ideal candidate is an Italian-speaking professional, fluent in English, with a passion for nbsp; innovation, technology, and luxury fashion .Your role: You will support the planning and execution of nbsp; high-level events nbsp;and nbsp; innovation initiatives , while actively managing relationships within our growing ecosystem of nbsp; startups, brands, universities, and investors .You'll also contribute to nbsp; business development activities , helping Limitless expand its partnerships and presence globally.Responsibilities: Coordinate and support nbsp; event planning and management nbsp;(both online and in-person).Manage communication and relationships with nbsp; partners, startups, and brands nbsp;in our ecosystem.Support nbsp; business development activities , from lead generation to partnership follow-up.Contribute to nbsp; social media and community engagement nbsp;related to events and initiatives.Assist with nbsp; presentation decks, proposals, and reports nbsp;using Google Suite.Requirements: Master's degree completed (preferably in management, communication, or fashion/luxury studies).Fluent in Italian and English nbsp;(written and spoken).Some experience in nbsp; event organization nbsp;and/or nbsp; business development .Familiarity with nbsp; Google Suite nbsp;(Docs, Sheets, Slides).Excellent communication and organization skills.Proactive, dynamic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.What we offer: Hands-on experience in a nbsp; fast-growing and international company .Exposure to top professionals and organizations across nbsp; Fashion, Luxury, and Innovation .100% remote nbsp;work with a flexible, collaborative team culture.Opportunity to attend and help organize nbsp; high-profile events nbsp;worldwide.A clear path for nbsp; professional growth nbsp;within Limitless.
