About the RoleAs Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in expanding our brand presence and strategic business partnerships across Southern Europe.This is a varied and challenging role where you will be working within a multi-cultural environment, able to input, collaborate with different global teams as well as external stakeholders.Research new business opportunities across Southern Europe including new markets growth areas trends customers partnerships products and services.Strategically establish relationships cultivate opportunities with business partners develop strategic partnerships alliances that bring onboard new locations aligned with the Business Development strategy.Your key responsibilities include:Tender preparation write-up delivery of proposals through professional presentations closing business deals complying requirements upholding highest quality standards.Driving revenue growth ensuring strong performance against targets informing strategic decision-making processes.Required Skills QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have ability to work diversified fast-paced collaborative environment strong business acumen analytical mindset.Degree holder at least 8 years relevant experience background in business development relationship management financial modelling aviation industry expertise contract negotiation market research experience international projects based Italy excellent English command other language plus MS Office proficiency especially Excel PowerPoint self-motivated dynamic team coordination multiple initiatives meeting deadlines prioritising managing multiple projects communicating effectively verbally written accuracy attention detail building networks travel globally when necessary.
