Talent Garden is a leading digital skills academy in Europe, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in the innovation ecosystem through diverse learning experiences.With online, offline, and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and events spaces we offer an unparalleled vision to combine work life and learning.Founded in Italy in ****, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 11 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups,corporate labs, investors, and SMEs.The roleWe're looking for a Hospitality Manager to join the team at our Rome campus, located in the Gazometro area—an iconic urban space where Rome's industrial heritage meets forward-thinking innovation.In this role, your mission will be to own the day-to-day campus operations, ensuring high service standards and a seamless member experience.ResponsibilitiesManage opening and closing procedures of the co-working space, ensuring seamless front desk coverage and high service standardsManage the reception area as the operational hub of the campus, welcoming members, visitors, and partners with warmth and professionalismHandle calls, emails, deliveries, access cards, badges, and daily check-ins, ensuring secure and efficient access managementMonitor supplies and maintenance needs, coordinating proactively with external suppliers and vendorsOversee daily service operations, including bookings and equipment setup, with attention to up-selling and member retentionEnsure the reception area is organised, functional, and visually welcoming, enhancing warmth and brand identity through seasonal stylingCollaborate with the rest of the team on day-to-day challenges to ensure the campus consistently looks, feels, and operates at its bestWork closely with the City Lead and rest of the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality campus experienceSupport on-site events, including guest and speaker reception, acting as a reference point during high-attendance activities.About youIdeally, you have experience in hospitality or operations within dynamic, people-driven spaces and enjoy being at the center of an active campus, where workspaces, community life, and events coexist seamlessly throughout the day.On top of this, you bring:A strong service and operations mindset, with commercial awareness and an understanding of how daily service quality supports member retentionStrong organisational skills, with confidence using Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and basic familiarity with CRM tools (nice to have: HubSpot)Comfort coordinating suppliers and external vendors to ensure continuity and quality of on-site servicesHigh attention to detail and reliability in managing procedures, access, and daily operational standardsThe ability to work autonomously, take ownership of issues, and act proactively in a highly on-site, hands-on roleClear and professional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with members, partners, and internal teamsA calm and structured approach to problem-solving, with confidence using ticketing systems to manage and prioritise requestsFluency in Italian (native level) and English, both written and spokenAlso, you are based in Rome and available to reach our campus on a daily basis (Via Ostiense, 92).Perks and benefitsAccess to all our co-working spaces across Europe.Free access to all our Master courses.Meal vouchers and a €1,000 welfare budget to spend as you like.Mum&Dad policy offering (even more) flexible remote work options for expecting parents, a €1,000 bonus, and additional leave for dads to bond with their child.An extra 6 working days of vacation each year, on top of local regulations.December 24 and 31 automatically become holidays when they fall on weekdays.Company-provided MacBook.Access to discounts, events, and networking opportunities at our co-working spaces.P.S.
