Senior Sales Manager Spain & Italy (W/M)2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.For commercial opportunities identified in the Italian and Spanish markets, the Senior Sales Manager leads prospecting and pre-sales activities in collaboration with the presales team.They develop strategies and proposals tailored to client needs across a portfolio of identified and strategic prospect accounts.They manage the entire sales cycle through to deal closure, in line with Splio's commercial policy and commitment to long-term, trust-based client relationships.ResponsibilitiesImplement prospecting actions to meet sales targetsDevelop and propose a commercial prospecting planIdentify new business opportunitiesAdapt prospecting methods to identified opportunitiesMaintain sales reporting and client information in the CRM toolHandle inbound leads assigned to themDrive sales on new accountsQualify client needs and involve Pre-Sales & Project Management teams depending on the project scopeAct as a storyteller for Splio products, conduct demos aligned with client expectationsBuild sales strategy and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teamsDraft contracts in coordination with the Legal ManagerLead negotiations and close dealsCoordinate project launch with internal teams and the clientEnsure account onboarding planOrganize kick-off meetings with the client and the Customer Success ManagerQualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager in selling marketing software solutions (Marketing Automation, Loyalty, ESP, etc.).Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and diplomacy skillsExpertise in product marketing within long sales cyclesProven experience in B2B product salesSkilled in sales techniques focused on new client acquisition (hunting)Ability to prospect, negotiate, and close salesKnowledge of e-commerce, direct marketing, and retail practicesTenacious and dynamic in organizationDemonstrates learning agility and market awarenessCapable of rallying teams around a results-oriented projectAble to work independently while meeting set objectivesFluency in English, Spanish, and Italian is requiredFlexible in terms of business tripInterview Process30 min interview with Gwendoline, HR Manager45 min interview with Antoine, CRO and co-CEO1h30 interview with Antoine & one team member (role play)Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionOtherIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Splio by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
