Business Manager Full time hours, Milan Airport About Charlotte Tilbury Brand Founded by British makeup artist and beauty entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury MBE in ****, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty has revolutionised the face of the global beauty industry by de-coding makeup applications for everyone, everywhere, with an easy-to-use, easy-to-choose, easy-to-gift range.Today, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty continues to break records across countries, channels, and categories and to scale at pace.Over the last 10 years, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty has experienced exceptional growth and is one of the most talked about brands in the beauty industry and beyond.It has become a global sensation across 50 markets (and growing), with over 2,300 employees globally who are part of the Dream Team making the magic happen.Today, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is a truly global business, delivering market-leading growth, innovative retail and product launches fuelled by industry-leading tech — all with an internal culture of embracing challenges, disruptive thinking, winning together, and sharing the magic.The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.About The Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to lead Charlotte Tilbury's airport retail operations across multiple locations .The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing teams of 5+ retail professionals and store operations , with a proven ability to deliver exceptional sales and results in beauty, luxury, or FMCG retail .Experience in airport or duty-free environments is highly desirable.This role will manage several airports and requires approximately 20% travel to other airports .Role Accountabilities: Lead and inspire teams across multiple airport locations to achieve sales and operational excellence.Manage counters and stores, ensuring compliance with brand standards and host store policies.Drive commercial success through strategic planning, KPI management, and budget control.Build strong relationships with host store partners and senior stakeholders.Deliver luxury customer experiences tailored to international travellers.Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning for your team.Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and provide proactive counsel on inventory management.Plan and execute initiatives for new product launches and seasonal activity.Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and airport security protocols.Key Selection Criteria: Extensive experience of direct retail team management experience in beauty, luxury, or FMCG.Proven ability to manage teams of 5+ people and multiple retail locations.Strong commercial acumen and operational expertise in fast-paced environments.Experience in airport or duty-free retail highly desirable.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing travel retail trends.Willingness to travel (20%) of the time.Multilingual skills are an advantage.Company Benefits: We offer structured induction programmes – Start of A Dream
